A. The investment workshops are an information gathering event. They are designed to provide you with the entry level understanding of the concepts behind investing in property with the aim to achieve financial independence.

Q. Will I be required to give any personal information?

A. No. On the night WWIP may have resources available to you such as mortgage brokers, accountants or other experts. It is entirely up to you should you wish to provide them with information about your financial situation.

You are also welcome to submit estimates of your earnings etc without giving your name or contact details. The workshops are designed to provide a ‘no pressure’ opportunity for you to learn more.

Q. What should I bring with me?

A. An open mind and a readiness to meet some new people! Should you wish to perhaps have some indicative figures supplied to your on the night (such as borrowing capacity etc) you maybe want to jot down some salary info to bring with you.

Q. Can I bring a friend or guest along?

A. We would be happy to accommodate a ‘plus one’ for you. Please simply include your guest's name when you RSVP, as long as we have the capacity we will see you both on the night!

Q. Can men be involved?

A. Of course! WWIP was conceived from a desperate lack of advisory services for women wishing to develop a property portfolio. Whilst the business is dedicated to improving these services to women, men are certainly welcome to participate both as individuals and as the partners of our ‘clever’ female clients.
